The District owns and maintains approximately 1,050 feet of solid fencing and 7,016 split rail fencing bordering the perimeter of the Buckley Ranch neighborhood (marked in yellow on the above map). Maintenance of these fence lines represents a significant financial investment and expense to the Association. Although the fence is not currently in need of replacement, the replacement cost of this fence line is estimated to be approximately $433,000.
